Promoted by Melhores Rodovias do Brasil – ABCR (Brazilian Association of Highway Concessionaires), the Highway Biennial is a disruptive event that will integrate approaches to technology, innovation, and transformation in the highway concession sector. The event will feature debates and an exhibition of products and services from the value chain.

ABCR is a private, non-profit organization, created in 1996, that represents the highway concession sector. Currently, it has 60 associated private companies operating in various states across the country.
