Set against the resilient backdrop of New Orleans, this Workshop brings together professionals from across the tolling and transportation community to focus on the day-to-day realities of maintaining safe, reliable, and future-ready infrastructure.

Featuring two focused breakout tracks alongside broad-appeal General Sessions, the 2026 program dives into core maintenance excellence through three distinct lenses: operational excellence, covering snow and ice management, work zone safety, and speed management; engineering and asset longevity, with deep dives into pavement materials, signature bridge rehab, and environmental stewardship; and field innovation, exploring practical applications for digital twins, drones, automation, and AV/CV infrastructure readiness.

The Workshop is preceded by IBTTA’s Annual Service Project. Since 2008, IBTTA partners with a local organization to give back to the city that we visit, reinforcing our shared commitment of service and community. More details on this to come.
