With a greater share of leisure traffic, demand is higher for parking, rental car, and curbside facilities. As a result, airports are facing challenges due to increased congestion, a lack of staff, and a continuing need for non-airline revenues. Presented in partnership with InterVISTAS, this workshop will focus on creative strategies airports are employing to address these and other challenges, as well as how they are leveraging new technologies to improve operations, revenues, and customer experience.
