The Transportation and Expressway Authority Membership of Florida (TEAMFL) was formed in 1997 to facilitate the exchange of information among toll agencies and the transportation industry and promote a financially sustainable, user fee-based transportation model. By providing a platform for sharing the latest transportation advances and best practices.  Encourage Inter-Agency Cooperation by bringing together those transportation stakeholders who share this common cause to enhance our transportation options.
