TransCore designed and built the Roads & Transport Authority’s (RTA) original Salik AET system in Dubai. In addition to the toll collection system, TransCore also designed and built the back office solution that our team utilizes to operate the RTA’s award-winning Call Centre.
TransCore’s systems process more than 1.7 million transactions every day and our operations team provide customer service excellence through several bilingual customer service and violation processing centres located throughout Dubai. Customers can readily manage their toll accounts online, by visiting local payment kiosks, or full-service customer service centres. TransCore provides comprehensive back office operations for the RTA’s Salik program, which was named the Best Call Centre in 2008 and in many subsequent years thereafter. Most recently, TransCore’s customer service operations of the Salik Toll System won the 2015 Hamdan bin Mohammed Award for Smart Government.
