Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT)

TransCore serves as TxDOT’s statewide toll system integrator and maintenance provider for all new toll lanes deployed throughout the State of Texas.

Since TxDOT began tolling operations, TransCore’s Infinity system has served as the system of choice. As TxDOT migrated from cash-based operations to all-electronic and express lane tolling, Infinity easily supported the agency’s geographic expansion and operational changes.

In 2012, TxDOT selected TransCore as its statewide integrator and maintenance provider for all new toll collection lanes deployed throughout the State of Texas.  Numerous large tolling projects have been successfully completed, including the Grand Parkway in Houston and over 100 miles of express lane corridors in the Dallas area, such as the DFW Connector, I-30, I-35E, I-635, and the Midtown Express Managed Lanes. TransCore also provides statewide lane system maintenance services to TxDOT.
